We’ll gladly accept returning any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on wtidesign.com by mail. You get 15 days to return your items starting from the order received date. Returns made within 15 days of the order received date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days starting from delivered date for a full refund. Full refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we finding your returned item is complete.

Once getting your photos we will send you the return address. Also, It’s very kind if you can mention the return reason to get a prioritized processing and better service.
By the way, please keep us informed of the tracking number after sent, so we can process the refund within 24 hours ( as earliest as possible ) once getting the parcel.
You could also contact email@example.com with a photo of the damage, defect or the wrong item or size you received, as well as your order number. You will get full refund in store credits without returning item(s).

Unfortunately, we currently don’t cover return shipping costs. All other return shipping fees are customer's responsibility.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.And only regular priced items may be returned, clearance and end of season sale items cannot be returned.
We strongly recommend that you use a traceable service when returning your item(s). This way you’ll know that it’s been delivered to us.
